Buyer’s Guide & Refund Policy

This Policy describes how and when buyers may dispute invoices and receive refunds from Outlier Solutions Inc (Outlier) for products purchased via our website. For consulting work, the terms and conditions applicable are described in the consulting agreement signed by Outlier and the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds are granted for products purchased by the website under most circumstances. We encourage our customers to preview all products before completing a purchase. If you have questions about whether or not a product is right for your organization, you can also contact us.

If a customer has inadvertently purchased a document for the wrong reporting entity type, Outlier will exchange the product for the correct entity type. If there is a difference in the cost for these items, Outlier will either bill or refund the difference (depending on whether the cost is higher or lower).
